租房子必知道的那些事，『租金』、『押金』英文怎？ - 希平方英文

得上大，家到了另一市那又的心情，想著新期遇的同、於自己的新生活，有可能非常要好的室友，一切都人非常往啊！不，要是事，你遇上的室友於影片中任何一的，那可能你十分痛喔。

而如果你是要到外求或是工作的，首先必的事情就是──住的地方。找房子真的心神，除了符合算以外，需要多事情，包含有有附家具、水怎算，以及押金多少等等。今天快跟我一起了解些必「好」的事情怎表，才能在外展新生活喔！

首先，外出租的房子格局台的不太一，台有分那立浴的套房，以及浴其他人共用的雅房，但是外租房的常的是：

studio apartment / condo / unit

其中 apartment / condo / unit 都是指公寓的意思，那 studio apartment / condo / unit 是房型中比小的位－－只有一房，各域像是床、客，房等是有隔的喔。

one-bedroom apartment / condo / unit

是比 studio 更大一的位，表示你有一房，而房客、房是有隔的。那再大一，如果有房的，就叫 two-bedroom。

classified (ad) 分告

在路始大量普及之前，大家要找房子或甚至找工作都是在 classified 上面始搜索的喔。所以你可以：

Most people nowadays seldom use classified ads to post their housing rentals.

（在大多人很少用分告刊登他的待租房子。）

afford

分告的最大一就是看自己是否能得起租金（rent），也就是找符合自己算（price range）的房子。那如果金是你可以的，可以 affordable（得起的）。例如：

A: I really like this apartment!（我真的很喜公寓！）

B: Then why don’t you get it?（那你什不租下？）

A: The rent is too high. I can’t afford it.（房租太了。我法。）

furnished 附俱的

有些房子有附上俱，在告上就上字，那如果是有附俱的，就是 unfurnished。像是：

My boyfriend and I need an apartment that is furnished.

（我男朋友跟我需要一有附俱的公寓。）

split / share the rent 分房租

在外租屋有候租金是一人法得的，候就需要找室友 (roommate) 一起分房租啦，那你可以：

A: Do you have any friends that need a place to live?（你有任何需要一住的地方的朋友？）

B: Yeah. I think so. Why?（嗯。我猜有吧。怎了？）

A: I just moved into a new apartment, and I need to find a roommate to split the rent with me.（我搬一新公寓，而我需要找一室友跟我分房租。）

utilities bill 水瓦斯等用

如果你要些用的「加」的，可以用 in total「共」。像是：

The utilities bill for this month is two hundred dollars.

（月水等用的是百美金。）

lease / contract 租

看完中意的房子之後，如果各方面都意的，就可以跟房（landlord）。你可以：

Remember to bring a friend with you when you sign the lease.

（你要租的候，得要一朋友去。）

security deposit 押金

房了保障房客在入住期不蓄意破屋或施，通常都要求房客押金。例如：

A: How much is the security deposit?（押金多少？）

B: It’s two months’ rent.（月的租金。）

move in 入住

一切都妥後，就可以入住啦！相反地，要是租到期而你有（renew the lease）的，「搬出」就是 move out。你可以：

A: When can I move in?（我什候可以入住？）

B: The unit will be available starting October 1.（公寓十月一始可以使用。）

move-in ready 可入住的

例句：I’m looking for a move-in ready condo.

（我在找一可入住的公寓。）
