实际体验是 Windows Server + Hypervisor 明显更好用，能 rdp 远程维护非常香，容器应用就跑在 hyper-v 的 linux 里
esxi 也做过硬件直通，但发现对我平时使用没太大帮助，折腾意义大于实际
