格Nazareth成立於1968，其名的感自於加/美The Band的歌曲《The Weight》中的歌：I pulled into Nazareth ( 拿撒勒 )。而只要提到Nazareth，大概都立即想起他翻唱的那首《Love Hurts》，的是相的典。
此首《Shot Me Down》是的吉他手Manny Charlton所，收在1977的《Expect No Mercy》中。歌名然不能照字面翻，而是有「被」的意思。看歌曲中的位老兄「桃花不」，才在想忘前一失去的，上又了他「情不自禁」的。有人，此曲他回想到年少青春的光。情初之，很容易就喜上方吧！
此曲是主唱、士的riff以及吉他的solo都表的佳，介大家看。
