嗯....又到了米妮烹教室啦.....

首先要的是做9直3公分的司要的材料
1.米(4杯量米杯)
2.糖(米妮用冰糖,用白砂比好)

4.白醋
米:醋:糖:的比例,依朋友提供........4:1:1:1/2
5.司海苔一包
6.肉
7.色素肉干(比好用)
8.
9.小瓜
10.蛋皮

作法:
1.司的作法...
a.首先米四杯先煮成...就是洗米後,倒入4杯水在已洗好的米,依照一般煮方式行
b.另外醋,糖,,依比例放入中,加使糖都融化即可,然也可以一下味道,是否符合人需求
c.等煮好,就醋糖的混合液分次倒入中,加以拌,以扇司吹...
2.切後,用水煮熟....乾用
3.以4蛋做蛋皮..可以一次煎,蛋皮比有厚度,蛋液下,要得有凝固的蛋液,他可以流向,才的蛋皮也有一定厚度.煎熟,切用
4.海苔皮在竹上,先司在海苔皮上,均平,再肉放上,再其材料置於上,起即可食用...
