Took delivery of my Vomeros a couple of days ago. On first impression they felt great and I took them for a 6 mile run. After some adjustment with the lacing I managed to pin down the comfort. I took them for a hill rep sesssion yestersay only to find I was getting some pain in my left foot only, something I didnt experience with other nike trainer Ive used (Structture 21 & 22) - I found that the zoom air unit in the left shoe (only) was sticking up/protruding so much that it was pushing uncomfomfortably into my forefoot. I have contacted Nike and sent the shoes back for exchange as Im hoping this is a manufacturing flaw and not a design floor as this wasnt the case with the right shoe which felt great under foot.
With any luck the replacements will be AOK - fingers crossed as i really want to like these shoes!!!

I love that Nike designers have provided a better color choice for those of us who wear wide and extra wide shoes. Like many I agree that the color offerings for wide feet could be a bit brighter not so dull. I mean how much black can you have in the mix? Midsole is radically comfortable with more spring back than any other recent new products. My suggestion: use this material for other high-end shoes. Tounge is shorter than other Nike products. What’s with that? Shoe has very subtle cool design features like like printed on the tounge which you almost miss. Swoosh is also tweaked with trims that are totally new. In the end, the shoe is simply comfortable, great for long runs and short runs as well as walking. Simply put: its very ?? cool! Go buy it and Nike will have to your doorstep in three days!

I think the Extra Wide option that Nike provides is a great thing. I maintain that their color choices could be better (very often the extra wides are black or white, maybe they go crazy with a gray) but am willing to work with what I can get. However, I have been disappointed with some of the cuts of these shoes. I first noticed the extra wide option on the Vomero 12s. The shoe fit so perfectly and they even offered a nice blue/orange option. I bought three pairs. I tried the Structure 21s next- the toe box wasn't even close to being wide enough and I couldn't take a step without feeling my big toe coming through the side of the shoe. It made me think I needed to go back to Vomeros (I wanted to try the Structure 22s in blue, but I was worried they would be similar). I only saw the 13s available in black, wasn't that big on the design and saw some reviews that they were generally a narrower cut so I skipped those. I received my 14s the other day and the first thing I noticed was the length was longer than the 12. I will have to try a 1/2 size down. The width in the toe box was decent- not as good as the 12 and hopefully the lower size does not cut it down to an unmanagable level. Overall, the shoe seems well-made and provides good support. The tongue is a little short for my liking but not a deal breaker. They didn't feel as immediately comfortable as my 12s but hopefully as they break in my exchanged version will be a keeper. For 15s, I am hoping for a little wider toe box and some better color choices.

少年吃找零收「二稀有板」 72年後市值天！
一枚硬值不斐！1947年3月，美麻州一名16少年在午餐，找回的零中有一枚1943年行、刻有林肯像的美分硬，由於是使用材料而成的硬，世上有15枚，十分稀有，美政府曾否有板存在，不日前登上美最大拍海瑞得（HA），成交天！
美在1943年因第二次世界大，了省所需要的，的硬均以成，但在造林肯肖像美分硬，放了料，因此有大15的美分硬生成， 16少年特斯（Don Lutes Jr.）在1947年於校餐午餐，找回的其中一枚硬恰好是美分硬。

如今了72年，特斯的硬在地1月9日上午拍，而拍格定12元（360元新台），不根丹佛出的似硬，在2010年的拍格170美元（5233元新台）看，特斯的硬拍格更高，估可能超200美元（6152元新台），海瑞得拍家表示，「是美中最著名的硬，非常令人，有人知道究竟可以拍得多少」。

缺血性心病是因送氧下限定商品跟心的血管（冠），血液流受阻所引的疾病，而血液流不的原因就是硬化。
心症是由於硬化，造成血管窄、血流受阻，法送充足的氧跟心肌所造成的疾病。而心肌梗塞如同前面所述，是血管阻塞致心肌死的疾病。
硬化是源性菌血症所造成的。而且有研究告示，牙周病症越重的人，菌侵入心血管的比例越高。州立大水牛城分校的研究告也示，一旦罹患牙周病，心病的率比一般人高出3倍。
跑到心的菌也可能引起心膜或瓣膜的感染，造成炎，就是「感染性心膜炎」。引起、喘不、呼吸困、浮、手麻、意障、痛跟肌肉痛等各症。
感染性心膜炎可怕的地方在於，可能引起其他症危及生命，尤其是心本就有疾病的人，必特注意。
