材料:
松坂肉1片、喜菇1包、辣椒1支、3支、香油1大匙
味料:
素油2大匙
作法:
1.松坂肉切成斜片、喜菇去蒂散、切段、辣椒切斜片用
2.起油,放入松坂肉快炒至色,加入蒜白、辣椒片、喜菇拌炒,加入素油味炒香
3.起前加入、香油拌即可盛

傅-煎炒
材料:
600克、10(去留尾)、五花肉100克、大香菇2朵(切)、韭菜1小把、蛋酥4大匙、米1大匙、2支、九塔量
味料:
油1大匙、白胡椒粉2小匙、黑胡椒粉量
作法:
1.五花肉去皮切、及韭菜一起切小段、切粗後散用
2.起油,依序放入五花肉、香菇、米分炒香,小火加入油、水煮入味
3.加入後大火炒香,加入蛋酥、韭菜、段、水拌炒,熄火後加入胡椒粉拌後盛用
4.另起油,放入子略煎後加入量米酒香,加入九塔、油拌炒,熄火後加入黑胡椒粉味拌後盛在上即可

材料:
300克(切)、青蒜1/2根、辣椒1根、香菜2根、皮150克、川耳80克、芹菜2根、胡量、香油少、1段、酒少
味料:
量、糖少
作法:
1.皮切,加拌、芹菜拍裂後切段、川耳切口大小,青蒜切斜片、切、香菜切段、辣椒切用
2.起油,依序放入辣椒、蒜白、、胡、、芹菜、米酒、川耳、皮拌炒
3.起前放入糖、、香菜、香油、胡椒粉味拌炒後即可盛
叮:
*川耳要先用水煮5分以去除,出後可用冷水漂用
*若皮加了太多拌,下前要先用清水洗去多的味及水
