[上海] [2020] NVIDIA 招聘自动驾驶性能架构师

又来招人啦，这次还是招聘 GPU 性能架构师，负责优化自动驾驶相关的算法在 NVIDIA 自动驾驶平台上的性能。

1. 因为是社招，希望有 3 到 5 年的工作经验，薪资水平参考阿里 P6-P7 范围。
2. 入职后直接汇报给我，从属于 Compute Arch 团队。
3. 自动驾驶相关的业务是 NVIDIA 这几年发展的重点，特别是 L2+ 相关的业务。
4. NVIDIA 是一家比较典型的美企，工作方式比较自由，工作强度的话个人觉得处于 995 和 965 之间。

WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING:

• You will work on delivering most efficient software for GPU and PVA for Autonomous Driving solutions on NVIDIA DRIVE AGX Platform

• You will analyze, prototype and optimize key applications for both existing and new architectures for GPU and PVA

• You will build model to predict performance, power and reliability on future architectures and propose and evaluate new architecture features

• You will be involved in crafting tools to analyze, simulate, validate and verify application performance and energy consumption

• You will collaborate with different teams to improve the GPU and PVA architectures to extend the state of the art in performance, efficiency, reliability and programmability

WHAT WE NEED TO SEE:

• Masters or PhD or equivalent experience in relevant discipline (CE, CS&E, CS, AI)

• Excellent C/C++ programming and software design skills

• Strong background in computer architecture, high performance computing

• Performance modelling, profiling, debug, and code optimization or architectural knowledge of CPU and GPU

• GPU programming experience (CUDA or OpenCL) desired

WAYS TO STAND OUT FROM THE CROWD:

• GPU and DSP programming, performance analysis, modelling and optimization experience

• Autonomous vehicle software development experience

• Expertise in characterizing and modeling system-level performance, executing comparison studies, and documenting and publishing results

• Experience in deep learning, computer vision and self-driving car domain
