@dadastan 最简单的方法，如果确定自己真的不用GUI的话，直接用yum把gnome的东西都卸载了就行。如果不想卸载，那就改下runlevel或当前runlevel的默认服务，把gdm之类的DM干掉。Fedora的initscript记不清是哪类的了，交给Fedora用户解答吧……

对于无GUI的情况，基本各发行版的图形桌面环境偏好(像Gnome KDE Unity之类的)都没影响了，主要就看自己偏好怎样的包管理器和升级策略了。喜欢尽快把所有软件更新到最新版本就Arch/Gentoo，需要稳定一点就Ubuntu/Fedora及各种衍生，需要极度稳定就Debian stable/Slack吧……
