修改为 ffffff 和 0 ，测速就正常了

这个测速结果可能有问题。我电信测速 300m 的时候，尝试某网盘下载文件，是可以跑到 130m/s 的速度的。不管了

perplexity 可能 APP 的 IP 检测要严格些，同样的节点，在 web 上就可以，在 APP 上就访问不了。我手机上只有切到土耳其节点才能用。
