看这个通知说的是"不得以 PCDN 整治为由擅自关停用户宽带或降低速率",意思是运营商将被他们认为是在跑 PCDN 的用户(没有事实依据)的行为不允许
把不能运营 PCDN 写宽带合同里面的应该很多地区都有吧

解决了,问题出在我用的后端上面,换成 soga 后就没问题了

@amrice 我把 udptcp 都开放了,同时每个端口也都开放了,可是就是无法正常转发
