你好，我也遇到了类似的问题。我在GCE中建了个CentOS6.6，然后搭建了shadowsocks.在putty里 执行ssserver -c /etc/shadowsocks.json命令时，提示Errno 99 cannot assign requested address错误。我在gce网络里已经添加了防火墙规则 0.0.0.0/0，tcp:8196，用ss客户端还是无法连接。请教一下是什么问题？
