园区湖西建设的有规划，宜居，姑苏区内城是古城特色，除别墅外，不宜居，其他区跟别的城市没区别。

其实苏州收入与房价不匹配，但是 25k 应该可以在园区看看，园区差不多 3，4w 一平的样子，其他区在 2w 吧。
