更新 iOS 18.2.1 版本后国行设备可以收到外区 app （在国区被屏蔽）的更新了，之前都是只能切区后点进 app 详情页才能更新。

不知道非国行机器使用最新版系统是否可以正常收到更新……iOS 15.8.3 的日版 iPhone7 没这问题。
Shadowrocket 更厉害，常年在付费榜榜一的都被“除名”了，其他的代理工具还在榜上。
