楼主要想想后路，不要在辞职前闹掰，撕破脸对谁都不好，好聚好散，要想想下一个工作，背调的时候如果因为这些原因 HR 讲了一些不利于楼主的评价，对找工作也是不利的，再恶心也要将忍着，前一天还是同事关系，离职后立马拉黑删好友都不过分，毕竟已经离职了。
