此曲收在美村歌手Waylon Jennings於1994行的《Waymore's Blue ( Part II )》中。1996，Jennings中的首歌曲作出了明，首《Wild Ones》的背景是他想起70年代，和Willie Nelson及妻子Jessi Colter如何的在Nashville，持面自己的音，最後於憾了久以於非村音的不同等的待，而使得「outlaw country (非法村)」有了一席之地。

一般咸信，「outlaw country」名的由，是出自於Waylon Jennings在1972行的同名的歌曲《Ladies Love Outlaws》( 作者Lee Clayton )，又搭配了先前已行的另首《Good Hearted Woman》，此首歌曲所的音格、形式，逐地展出村音的次主流，也就是「outlaw country」。
而真正奠定「非法村」音地位的，是1976由Waylon Jennings、Willie Nelson、Jessi Colter及Tompall Glaser合出的《Wanted！》，此不在村榜得冠，在流行榜也拿下第10名，唱片大超100得「白金唱片」的。Jennings初了作出自己格的村歌曲，受到了多唱片公司的排、打，甚至一度萌生退休之意，至此，於可以眉吐了，Jennings可是「outlaw country」真正的先者。
