此曲美歌手兼曲作家Tom Jans所，但首由Kris Kristofferson和Rita Coolidge夫妻唱，收在1973行的《Full Moon》中。之後有唱《Drift Away》的黑人歌手Dobie Cray翻唱，其版本在1973得流行榜第61名。王Elvis Presley也在1974翻唱，但直到死後的1981才行曲，在村榜得第8名。Kris & Rita也在1974行此曲曲，然只得到第86名，在1975得最佳村二人合的葛美提名，可惜未能。

Kris Kristofferson位老兄深刻的印象是，原是位直行，放著好好的工作不做，硬是要往音的路上，歌喉其不怎，而的是有歌的才，所的《Help Me Make It Through The Night》、《Me and Bobby McGee》及《For the Good Times》等均是炙人口的典好歌。再就是他的「泡妞精神」：1970，KrisRita Coolidge在洛杉初遇，人巧搭同班，Kris原本要回Nashville，果了Rita，毅然提前在Memphis下 ( 要不然此段因恐就失了？) ，此果然他追到了Rita，後人在1973婚。Rita Coolidge有些印地安人血，翻她的情史，也堪是「情手」。她曾歌手Stephen Stills有密的婚外交往，後又向Graham Nash，有她是促成此知名Crosby,Stills,Nash&Young在1970分裂的重要因素。

好的歌就是，翻唱此曲的知名男女歌手有一大筐，以下另英合唱The Beautiful South女主唱Jacqui Abbott的版本。情常有，有不知珍惜，自己漫、 ( 有嫌方？)，等回想要，之前方充的暖抱，也就只能出在中了。
