此首《Everybody's Talkin'》是美民歌手兼曲作家Fred Neil所及唱，收在他1966所行名相同的《Fred Neil》中，而是，未造成什漪。

Fred Neil
1968，美歌手Harry Nilsson翻唱此曲，其版本被引用在1969由斯汀霍夫曼和沃特 ( 安莉娜裘莉的父 ) 所主演的《Midnight Cowboy》( 台：午夜牛郎 ) 中，由於影片相 ( 得7斯卡提名，得3。)，也或是影片故事和歌曲容有些的呼，故此曲非影主曲，大家印象深刻，在告示牌榜扶直上，到了第6名。而Harry Nilsson也以此曲得了他的第一座葛美。

歌的Fred Neil，似乎歌唱事的名利看得很淡，不衷於巡作秀，他的後半段人生，就如同歌中所的 ---「I'm going where the sun keeps shining，Through the pouring rain」，在70年代初期就回到了他的原居地 ─ 阿米的Coconut Grove，仍偶有演唱，但主要致力於海豚的保。2001年死於皮癌，享年65。

由歌看，歌曲的主角正於困境 ( 包含感情 )，旁人在背後及看衰他，不他人的心倒是正面的，未仍抱著美好的憧憬，算是首自我的歌吧！
