weld pool（也常称 weld puddle）：焊池，指焊接过程中由热源（如电弧、激光等）把母材和/或填充金属熔化后形成的局部熔融金属池；其大小、形状与流动性会影响焊缝成形与质量。（在不同焊接工艺中也可称“熔池”。）
