职位描述：（高级工程师 or Lead工程师）
1) Contribute to the design & implementation of site related architecture and features;
2) Diagnose and debug issues in production environment;
3) Improve performance, scalability and stability of the system;
4) Collaborate with other team and discipline and work together to achieve product & business requirement;
5) Invent novel solutions to challenging technical problems.

能力要求：
1) BS or MS degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related majors;
2) Strong computer science knowledge including data structures and algorithms;
3) Strong coding skill in Ruby/Python/JavascriptJava/C#/C++ or other programming languages;
4) Ability to independently investigate, debug and solve problems;
5) Strong passion and motivation for site technology and development;
6) Experience in software development, site development and script language is a plus;
7) Experience in Adobe Flash Player is a plus;
8) Linux operation experience is a plus.
