You will join a dynamic team that is dedicated to delivering world-class products and services to our customers. Our engineering culture is centered around several core values:

• Customer obsession: We go through UX feedback and bugs from our users daily, and continuously prioritize and address them within as soon as 2 days.
• Debriefing: We value the radical, transparent debriefing culture of the Israeli army to learn and grow from previous projects.

• Craftsmanship: We improve craftsmanship together through shared learnings such as Clean Code as well as Aigle Principles.

Your responsibility

• Design, prototype and implement complicated technical product
• Own the quality and success of product major project components
• Solve open problems such as site stability and growth via fast learning
• Deliver results within deadline
• Mentor and lead junior engineers

Qualifications

• 5 to 7 years of software engineering experience (no more than 8 years)
• Strong ownership and entrepreneurship. Interested in stock options more than cash
• Fluent verbal, written and technical English
• Undergraduate diploma from QS-500 or CN-985 universities
• Strong product sense and user empathy
• Strong technical background in application system and infrastructure
• Sense of impact and quantitative thinking, with craftsmanship in mind

Preferred

• Work experience in a startup under English environment
• Built and owned product from ground up
• Experience in leading junior engineers
• Experience in deep learning/AI
• Reached L4 (Google/Meta), 2-2 (Bytedance) etc in 3 years or L5/3-1 in 6 years
