如上图，苹果设备的《牛津英汉汉英词典》中能搜到该词（无论在 iOS 还是在 macOS 上），而该词典是 2010 年出版的《牛津外研社英汉汉英词典》，不可能收录「 covid 」，如下图：
我在词典配置中，只勾选了这一本词典，为什么还能搜到 covid 这个词呢？
