Job Description
The Virtual RAID on CPU (VROC) / Open Cache Acceleration Software (OpenCAS) Cloud Solutions Engineering Team in Intel's Xeon Memory Group (XMG) is looking for customer-oriented, results-driven possibility thinkers with a passion for the job. In this job you will have the opportunity to engage directly with some of Intel's biggest customers.

This role requires software, hardware, and OS customer service skills to support our customers' deployments and would also benefit from a background in software engineering.

Additional activities include creating demos for trade shows around the world, acting as a product evangelist, ensuring ISV and Open Source software runs best on Intel's upcoming CPU and SSD technologies through consulting and software prototyping, giving feedback to engineering on new feature requests, and developing and publishing performance analysis marketing collaterals and software application documentation.

Candidate must possess minimum qualifications to be initially considered for this position. Preferred qualifications are in addition to the minimum requirements and are considered a plus factor in identifying top candidates. Experience listed below would be obtained through a combination of your school work/classes/research and/or relevant previous job and/or internship experiences. This is an entry level position and will be compensated accordingly.

Minimum Qualifications:

The candidate must be pursuing an Master's Degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or related field. This PRC position is open to PRC Workers Only. A PRC Worker is someone who is either a PRC Citizen, PRC National, PRC Lawful Permanent Resident, or a person granted Refugee or Asylum status by the PRC Government.
