IP的whois信息，要拥有者主动向ISP更新，不然就一直旧的。。很多公司都不主动更新IP的归属信息。。。就只做反向解析。

@pandada8 我发的这个,是直接从IP注册者上找的.我是用来找IP所有者用的....比如说发现了一个IP速度特快,就去看看是啥机房的.虽然大部分时间都找不到...
