We apologize for the inconvenience. Upon further review we have been able to verify your account. The mail service used for your credit card to provide a US address for a China based account caused a fraud flag in our system.
Preventing fraud is a priority but unfortunately, sometimes accounts that are not fraudulent can be flagged in rare cases.
