职位描述：
1，深入理解业务需求，设计并实现复杂的服务端系统以支撑世界领先的安全及合规需求。
2，高性能，可扩展的产品实现落地。
3，领导最佳代码及内建质量实践。
4，与全球架构师及业务团队进行紧密合作。
5，培训初级工程师。
职位要求：
1，计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3-5 年以上工程经验，1-3 年以上 Java 开发经验。
2，较强的复杂业务分析及设计实现能力。
3，精通 Java 及相关新老技术栈，算法及数据结构基础扎实。
4，有能力独立完成单元测试，自动化集成测试及性能测试，较强的质量意识。
5，良好的沟通技能和团队合作精神，英文流利。
6，有大型安全项目开发经验者优先。如数据加密，密钥管理，审计等。
7，熟悉安全与合规领域标准及规范者优先。

Security and Compliance is No 1 priority for enterprise customers, that’s why we are building Platform Foundation Security and Compliance team, to build and lead our world-glass security and compliance features and technology, with high performance and scalability.
Duties and Responsibilities:
Design and implement complex backend system, support our high demand of security and compliance, for millions of users.
Build system scalable applications with high performance.
Lead best practice for clean and effective code.
Work closely with global teams including architects and business teams.
Mentoring junior engineers
Required Experience & Skills:
5+ years of experience in Java software development, engineering, or related field.
Strong business analytics, design and implementation skills.
In-depth knowledge of new and legacy technologies, e.g. Servlet, Spring MVC, Spring Cloud.
Experience for security area, e.g. key management, data encryption, audit, is a strong plus.
Familiar with security and compliance standards is a plus.
Strong sense for clean-coding and build-in quality.
Good communication skill and be fluent in English.
