1. TECHNICAL PROJECT MANAGER
Role and responsibilities
Create and execute project implementation plans and suggest alternatives where problems are
encountered in the original plan
Support customer in breaking down IT implementation scopes into suitable work packages
Define milestones and schedule deadlines
Define roles and responsibilities within the implementation team
Manage day-to-day operational aspects of projects implementation
Arrange project-relevant appointments
Project coordination between customer, 3rd party vendor and implementation team.
Apply quality control practices (knowledge transfer, work packages)

Qualification
Well Experienced in IT Project Management including Project Planning, Project Execution and Controlling, Quality management, Risk Management and so on.
Good understanding of the technical part of a project, which could be CMS like Liferay or OpenCMS, and specific technologies or programming languages like Java, dotNet, XML / XSDs, etc.
Know-how in interface technologies (e.g. Webservices (SOAP, RESTful, XML, XSDs, (X)HTML / DHTML) ;
Know-how in webservers and application servers like Tomcat, WebSphere;
Familiar with IT testing procedures, software versioning, deployment processes related to online projects
Familiar with online project development methodology.
Familiar with Bug-Tracking tool (internally and externally) specific for online projects like JIRA and BONFIRE
Ability to explain complex technical problems to clients and third-parties

2. TECHNICAL CONSULTANT
Role and responsibilities
Provide consulting to IT architecture design;
Provide support for advice for IT components integration, System integration, IT system interface design, and IT infrastructure design.
Provide consulting for Data Analysis, data management.
Correspond with a variety of vendors and follow up IT technical issues, provide recommendations and deliverables effectively.
Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of information systems and related operating procedures including but not limited to system configuration, settings, security, data integrity, user access, and other generally expected system controls in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
Qualification

7. BACKEND DEVELOPER
Role and responsibilities
Ensure coding standards are met, object-oriented, and ensure very good quality of IT development. Lead intermediate developers and verify development
Supervise build-process and deployments using Subversion (SVN) for a versioned development process

Advise clients on general architecture, database & programming solutions
Troubleshoot & identify possible technical solutions and escalate to Senior Consultants

10.TEST MANAGER
Define and continuously improve QA procedures, standards, approach, and ensure the alignment throughout project lifecycle
High standard and a good eye for overall scope of project as well as the details, such as a website or application, including interfaces etc.
Define all master test plans, test strategies, test schedules based on overall project timelines and milestones.
Direct the test phases activity (unit, system, integration, release, regression, UAT, performance, penetration) of complex (cross functional, multi-site) projects to ensure a successful implementation of technology solutions.
Promote understanding of QA process and methodology to the various stakeholders.
Responsible for on-time, on-budget delivery of assigned testing activities required to support the delivery of end-to-end functionality into the production environment.
Identify new technologies and tools to assist in test coverage, accuracy and efficiency, e.g. by using automation tools and test management tools such as ALM
Managing of test deliverables, bug tracking, and interfacing with the development team

Knowledge of common information security standards and risk methodologies, as well as experience achieving compliance using and/or with standards and regulations such as: ISO 27001/27002, ITIL, COBIT or SOX
Assist in the management of enterprise security architecture
Provide technical support and advice on a wide variety of information security responsibilities, issues and problems.
Plan, create and implement audit test plans to both internal testing of controls as well as to support external audits conducted in accordance with ISAE, ISO and so on
Evaluating the adequacy and effectiveness of information systems and related operating procedures includingbut not limited to system configuration, settings, security, data integrity, user access, and other generally expected system controls in accordance with applicable regulations, company policies, and professional standards.
Translate technical vulnerabilities into business risk terminology for business units and recommend corrective actions to customers and project stake-holders

12. DATA SCIENTIST
Role and responsibilities
Responsible for building up the data analytics technical framework and model of big data projects.
Support for the data fusion component of public cloud.
Responsible for the data modelling, algorithm, and result analysis of data analytics projects
Provide the technology solution in big data analytics center and technology center of Region China, like modelling/algorithm store, methodology.
Build up the technology and analytics handbook in data modelling and algorithm
Qualification
Proficient in Hadoop platform, Spark programming, machine learning, data modelling and data process.
Familiar with docker，container programming, program dockerFile and deployment
Good at in distributed information system and Kafka programming
Good understanding of Java, Scala, Actor, Spring based on RDBMS;
Familiar with big data related algorithm; (ANN, RNN, SVM, Bays)
Good at no-sql Application development, e.g. MongoDB
Proficient in SQL DB development; e.g. Mysql, Oracle
