Release & Change Manager
Digital network of German pharmacies The responsibilities and core tasks of this position with direct reporting to the help desk manager:
- Release & change management regarding software development of eHealth solutions
- Definition of requirements, business requirement engineering, change requests
- Interface between lead customer, Business and application development
- Management and moderation with the participation of design and development teams
- Ensuring transparency regarding the status of requirements and implementation
- Launch of innovative, digital applications in healthcare
The professional requirements profile:
- Completed business or computer science degree or comparable qualification
- Several years of professional experience in software development / project management
- practical experience in project management including agile / scrum methodology
- Sound knowledge of quality assurance for digital solutions
The personal requirement profile:
- Digital Native, use case flair, creativity, energy
- Enjoyment of innovation or working in a start-up environment (flat hierarchies)
- pragmatic, structured, solution-oriented working style
- very good communication skills, persuasiveness, team spirit
