If I were you, reset Opticalmodem , I might call ChinaUnicom, I wouldn't be able to go online, and my home had a power failure.

@flewsea 我昨天重置了不能注册，只能报修了，联通的人到了也整不了。最后他联系了厂家，让厂家重新激活然后就能用了。光猫也不用设置。

@MHYree 不是很懂,但是这关乎厂家什么事情?厂家还能在出厂后负责远端硬件控制?这事儿按理要么交给 ISP,要么交给运维人员...
此外,你看到人家打电话而已,他口中的厂家不过是用来回答你的说法,具体联系的谁,你也不能确知吧,也许是联系的师傅,然后知道咋配置了,不想暴露自己业务短板也不一定吧.
