pip3 最近安装库都有问题，
能正常下载但好像不能正常安装，pip3 list 里面也没有显示，
如下载 aiohttp：

| 10 bob1994 OP  1 好了，在 pip3 install XXX 后面追加 --user 就行了 估计是哪个文件夹权限出了点问题吧，回头给看看 此贴总结，谢谢诸位。 |
