[工作内容]
We are looking for a motivated C# developer who will play a key role in taking our proprietary market-making trading GUIs to the next level. The ideal candidate enjoys working with the latest .Net technologies and tools in a fast paced and collaborative environment. The successful candidate is performance-minded and seeks to question and enhance current architecture beyond his/her responsibilities. He will be given a unique level of exposure to an industry-leading team of options traders who participate fully in the design and on-going enhancements to our proprietary trading platform.
[主要职责]
o Plan, design and develop high quality desktop and tablet applications
o Propose and deliver scalability and performance enhancements to our GUIs
o Research and incorporate latest features in .NET and WPF to our architecture
o Engage traders and developers and articulate ideas clearly
o Build software using agile methodologies
o Participate in design sessions and code reviews
o Work on cross-functional teams
o Be mentored by senior developers to learn the trading system and domain
[经验要求]
o Computer Science or equivalent degree is required
o 1 to 3 years in developing GUI applications in C#
o Experience with WPF is a plus
o Exposure to data structures and algrithms
o Familiar with multi-threaded programming paradigms
o Object oriented design and programming
o Exposure to unit testing is a plus
o Experience with Windows Forms is a plus
o Good verbal and written English communication skills
o Strong problem-solving skills and demonstrated ability to drive technical innovation and work in a self-sufficient manner
o Good fast learning skill, strong passion for learning/using new technology
