职位 1：Performance Engineer (P1/P2/P3) （ Key:Java/Performance ）
Job Requirements:
Demonstrable experience with defining and implementing Performance Plan
s across Scalability, Stress and Endurance testing and providing benchmark dat
a for large-scale environments
Experience in system-level performance tuning
Broad, in depth understanding of data structures, algorithms, operating
systems, (Windows & UNIX) and databases, (e.g. SQL Server and Oracle)
Possess a relevant Tertiary qualification, (e.g. Bachelor ’ s Degree in
Computer Sciences or Software Engineering)
Strong analytical and effective communication skills

requirements across performance, scalability, reliability and robustness. You

职位 2：Principal Software Engineer （ Key: Java/Development ）
Job Requirements:
5+ years playing a leading role in designing and developing complex so
ftware systems.
Expert knowledge in object oriented programming and hands-on experience
in Java/J2EE/Spring.Experience using Apache Lucence/Solr or other full-featur
ed text search libraries.
Understanding of common algorithms and toolkits. Familiar with Natural
language processing is a plus.
Strong technical skills in web services such as SOAP, REST and XML technologie
s.
Practical experience with SDLC. Experience with Agile methodology is a
plus.
Proven collaboration skills in highly technical engineering teams.
Strong written and oral English communication skills and enhanced probl
em solving skills.
BS or MS in Computer Science, Software Engineering or equivalent.
