国外源和国内源都试过，能用浏览器直接打开 emacs-china 的源， https 和 http 都试过，试过很多 Spacemacs 版本，我试试旧版本 emacs 去。

 | 3 jworg 2016 年 12 月 13 日 via Android Emacs 25.1 在 Windows 下的坑不止这一个的，去试试找那个 deps 包吧， http://emacs.stackexchange.com/questions/27202/how-do-i-install-gnutls-for-emacs-25-1-on-windows ，在找到这个之前，我也是一直连不上所有 melpa 的源及各种镜像，不过和你不同的是，我的 gnu 的源可以连上。 最好还是换成 24.5 吧，稳定多了。 |
