Required Skills
A Bachelors Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, related field or equivalent experience
A proven ability to lead technical teams
7+ years experience programming in a product/solution development environment
2+ years experience in data center architecture and delivery, including operational services in IaaS environments such as VMWare SDDC, vRA, vRO.
5+ years experience in Java programming and related debugging skills.
Experience in web front-end development; Ruby on Rails, HTML, Javascript, client-side MVC frameworks, Spring.
Expertise in scripting languages: Python, Perl, Ruby, etc.
Experience designing and consuming SOA RESTful Web Services
Extensive experience working with SCRUM and Agile process methodologies.
Strong oral and written communication skills in English language.
Proven experience working in cross functional teams and interacting with customers.

Strongly Desired Skills
Experience in IT automation tools such as Puppet Labs.

General Description

-Conducts a wide range of quality control tests and analyzes to ensure that software meets or exceeds specified standards and end-user requirements

-Typically responsible for tests, methods, and procedures to ensure continuous improvement to software quality assurance and serviceability standards.

-Analyzes test results to ensure existing functionality and recommends corrective action.

-Ensures that system tests are successfully completed and documented and all problems are resolved.

Build the environments, write the test cases, solve the technical issues, and provide the system integration testing
Provide the technical leadership to the whole team
Works cross-functionally with BU engineering teams to define and drive feature enhancements/requirements


What do we need from you?

Bachelor ’ s degree in a technical discipline required, Computer Science, Electronic Engineering or equivalent.

7+ years of IT infrastructure environments, datacenter and IT solutions

Strong problem solving skills and technical leadership

Fluent in English communications



Technical Requirement

Strong understanding of computer systems of at both of the operating systems: Windows and Linux.

Strong knowledge on system integration testing of computer system including both software and hardware.

Strong knowledge on VMware will be a big plus.

Strong knowledge of cloud foundry will be a big plus.

Good knowledge of big data will be a plus.

Good knowledge of storage system will be a plus.

Good knowledge of scripting languages (Perl, Python) will be a plus.
