    这几天 CERNET 的一些国际出口的 ping 忽上忽下外带花样调包，比如 101.4.117.150 这个 IP ，一部分的 ping 如下：

    经仔细调查后发现 101.4.117 网段的部分 IP 炸了， traceroute 跟踪其上一级为 101.4.117.102 ， ping 也在浮动，伴随有少许掉包。

    现在基本都是 5%-25%丢包率浮动（不清楚是否对 icmp 有优化）

    @raysonx 刚开学的时候也炸过那么几次，挂 hosts youtube 才 800Kbps
    不过现在稳定了以后的确不错
