这几天 CERNET 的一些国际出口的 ping 忽上忽下外带花样调包,比如 101.4.117.150 这个 IP ,一部分的 ping 如下:

经仔细调查后发现 101.4.117 网段的部分 IP 炸了, traceroute 跟踪其上一级为 101.4.117.102 , ping 也在浮动,伴随有少许掉包。
