上个月注册了 Apple Developer Program 的开发者账号。并上架了一个免费无内购的 APP

这个月开发了一个有内购订阅的 APP ，并准备上架。然后对于商务这一部分的内容不知道该怎么填写了 请教一下诸位

1. App Store Connect 商务报税表 U.S. Form W-8BEN 的问题

• Part I: Identification of Beneficial Owner

  1.Name of individual that is the beneficial owner (我不记得这里是自己填写的还是直接有) 比如我叫张三 我是应该写 zhang san 还是 Zhang San 还是 san zhang 还是 San Zhang 还是 ZHANG SAN 还是 SAN ZHANG 还是都可以？

  5.U.S. taxpayer identification number, if required (我理解应该是不填，查的也说不填，我没填)

  6.a Foreign Tax Identifying Number (if any) (我看有人说这里填写身份证号也有人说这里不填，我没填写，有影响吗？)

  7.Reference Number(s) (我没填)

  8.Date of Birth (如实填写生日了)

• Part II: Claim of Tax Treaty Benefits

  9.I certify that the beneficial owner is a resident of 中国大陆 within the meaning of the income tax treaty between United States and that country or region. (我打勾了)

  10.Special rates and conditions The beneficial owner is claiming the provisions of Article and paragraph____________of the treaty identified on line 9 above to claim a ___________% rate of withholding on (specify type of income): (这两个空我都没填，但是我看说需要填写)

  Income from the sale f applications (我选择了这个)

  Explain the additional conditions in the Article the beneficial owner meets to be eligible for the rate of withholding (我空着了)

• Part III: Certification

  Under penalties of perjury, I declare that I have examined the information on this form and to the best of my knowledge and belief it is true, correct, and complete. I further certify under penalties of perjury that: (我打勾了)

1. 银行卡 我只有国内银行卡账户 招商银行

与法律实体相同 (我打勾了)

账户持有人姓名 (比如我叫张三，该怎么写？我写的是 ZHANG SAN)

银行账户币种 (我选的是美元，我看说选人民币会汇款失败，不知道就选了美元，但是又听说选美元得要去银行开通美元账户？)

CNAPS 代码 (找银行开户行要来了)

不知道按照上面的填写能不能正常收到款项，不考虑每年 5w 的结汇，我短期内一年也到不了 5w
