如何保护较重的 climber?往后坐的时候膝盖很痛

    我和 climber 体重相差 10kg 左右,有次 fall ,我被拉起往前走了几步。。

    后来有改进自己的保护技巧,包括:

    • 前后脚站立
    • 重心降低、或者说稍微半蹲
    • 上半身微后仰
    • 双手拉住制动绳

    效果上能稳稳地拉住 climber ,但是我感觉并不舒服、以及还是很害怕拉不住: 1 、虽说要踩稳,但我感觉踩不住地面,特别是前脚有悬浮感 2 、climber 较长时间 take 时,我的膝盖很疼,时不时要换下前后脚 3 、take 的时候,我不敢站起来,怕我一站起来,又被拉离地面

    有没有高手指点迷津(;Д)`
