As part of a thorough investigation into suspected abuse of a promotional offer, we’ve determined that your Perplexity Pro account does not match our records for having obtained the promotion through the intended flow. We're writing to inform you that your Perplexity Pro subscription has been suspended effective immediately.
A recent audit determined that the promo code applied to your account for a complimentary period of Perplexity Pro was intended solely for customers who activated it through a specific redemption process as part of a limited partner promotion.
