Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Data Infra / Backend Ownership

We are looking for a senior full-stack engineer to lead the design and development of our data infrastructure and core backend systems. This role is foundational to our AI agent platform and directly impacts data scalability and product capability. Responsibilities:

• Build and own core data infrastructure: API gateways, task queues, pipelines, and async services
• Design and implement scalable backend systems to process large-scale crypto and web data
• Collaborate with AI and frontend teams to enable analytics, signal extraction, and data APIs Requirements:
• 5+ years in backend/full-stack roles (Node.js / Go / Python), with experience designing systems end-to-end
• Strong database and infra fundamentals: PostgreSQL, Redis, Pub/Sub, container orchestration
• Hands-on experience with ETL or event-driven pipelines is a big plus
• Bonus: interest or experience in crypto, real-time data, or agent-based systems

Senior Full-Stack Engineer - Technical Force Multiplier

We're hiring a senior engineer to work closely with our Chief Architect and help scale our development capabilities. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in early-stage velocity and enjoys building versatile tools across the stack. Responsibilities:

• Work closely with our chief architect to extend and refine core systems
• Help accelerate new product verticals: build interfaces, APIs, microservices, dashboards
• Act as a generalist who can contribute across frontend (React), backend, and infra Requirements:
• 5+ years in full-stack or backend-heavy roles, strong in software design and testing discipline
• Proficiency in TypeScript / Node.js / React or similar stack
• Comfortable navigating fast-paced MVP iterations and codebase refactors
• Bonus: Experience building internal tooling, observability, developer experience platforms

Senior Data Engineer - Scraping & Pipelines

We are seeking a senior data engineer to own data acquisition and processing. You'll be responsible for building high-quality pipelines to fuel our AI agent system with reliable, fresh, and structured information. Responsibilities:

• Build and maintain web crawlers, API connectors, and data ingestion services
• Clean and normalize data from unstructured sources (HTML, JSON, WebSocket feeds)
• Design robust pipelines for enrichment, deduplication, and time-series storage
• Collaborate with AI and backend teams on unified schema and format delivery
• Monitor data quality, latency, and failure points proactively Requirements:
• 4+ years in data engineering or backend crawling work
• Strong in Python, SQL, Airflow, and task orchestration
• Proficient with Python and scraping libraries (Scrapy, Playwright, etc.)
• Familiar with proxy rotation, CAPTCHA solving, anti-bot evasion
• Bonus: experience with crypto APIs (DEXes, price feeds, Twitter, Telegram)

Senior Staff AI Engineer - Agentic System Architecture & Infra

We're looking for a Staff-level AI Engineer to lead technical innovation in agent infrastructure and AI platform development. This role is key to building a next-gen LLM-native application layer. Responsibilities:

• Design and implement a production-grade multi-agent orchestration system for crypto intelligence
• Architect modular, composable agents (e.g. retriever, planner, executor, memory, tools)
• Collaborate across backend, infra, and data teams to ensure system scalability, testability, and observability
• Write robust code with clear abstraction, error handling, and performance tracing
• Balance rapid experimentation with long-term maintainability Requirements:
• 6+ years of engineering experience, with 2+ years in LLM / agent systems
• Deep understanding of LangChain, LlamaIndex, or similar frameworks - or has built internal equivalents
• Strong software engineering foundation: API design, async workflows, state machines, logging/monitoring
• Deployed agent systems at scale, with experience in latency control, fallback routing, error isolation
• Bonus: Knowledge of planning algorithms, agentic UX, or multi-agent coordination patterns

Senior Staff AI Engineer - Fine-Tuning, ML Systems, Model Deployment

We are looking for an experienced AI engineer with a strong background in model fine-tuning and applying traditional ML to agentic use cases. This person will define our approach to personalization, relevance, and adaptive intelligence. Responsibilities:

• Lead LLM customization efforts (e.g., SFT, DPO, reward models, evaluator models)
• Design and own full ML pipelines: data -> model -> evaluation -> serving
• Collaborate with infra to productionize models via APIs, caching, batching, and monitoring
• Drive evaluation strategy (offline/online), prompt testing, and model A/B experiments
• Support traditional ML modules (e.g., classification, ranking, retrieval) as part of hybrid systems Requirements:
• 6+ years in AI/ML engineering, with production experience in both LLMs and traditional ML
• Hands-on with PyTorch, TRL, LoRA, HuggingFace, Weights & Biases
• Strong in ML system design: reproducibility, CI/CD for models, monitoring and rollback strategy
• Experience deploying models behind API gateways with low latency and fault tolerance
• Familiar with RAG pipelines, prompt tuning, or crypto/NLP task design
