Scope of Task：
Design, develop, and maintain Java applications in alignment with project requirements and industry best practices.
Collaborate with product managers, designers, and developers to define and implement software features.
Conduct code reviews and provide feedback to ensure high code quality and adherence to standards.
Troubleshoot and resolve application issues, optimizing performance and scalability.
Mentor and guide junior developers, fostering continuous learning and improvement.
Stay updated with emerging technologies and trends to enhance development processes.
Participate in the full software development lifecycle, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
Develop and maintain documentation for code, APIs, and system architecture.
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
10+ years of experience in Java development, with a strong understanding of object-oriented programming.
Proficiency in Java frameworks such as Spring, Hibernate, or similar.
Experience with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture.
Knowledge of database systems (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL, MongoDB) and ORM technologies.
Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and agile methodologies.
Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) and deployment in cloud environments.
Familiarity with front-end technologies (e.g., Javascript, Angular, React).
Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Docker, Jenkins).
