这次 openai 故障发现个问题
一个是自购自部转发的渠道，这次故障是瘫了
另一个是和其他公司签约的渠道，不但能用，还很流程。让我不得不怀疑，这是不是被忽悠了

谷歌刚出来量子芯片 Willow ，ChatGPT 就崩了，这不得不让人多想。
