几个月前，在digitalocean买了一个VPS，用的也不多，主要是用来学习。
春节期间收到过digitalocean发来的邮件：
Oh no! We've found an issue with your account and issued you a new ticket that needs to be addressed as soon as possible.

可能是国内服务商的垃圾邮件收多了，看到这邮件没太在意。过了几周，等我在登录的时候，发现VPS已经不能用了，登录进去只能看到一个Support栏目，有客服的消息：
Dear Valued Customer,
We're sorry to inform you that your account has been locked due to a violation of our Terms of Service and Acceptable Use Policy.

2.3 Subscribers may not use the Network to distribute, receive communications or data gleaned from, or execute any action directed by any type of injurious code, including but not limited to: (a) trojans, (b) key loggers, (c) viruses, (d) malware, (e) botnets, (f) denial of service attacks, (g) flood or mail bombs, (h) logic bombs, or (f) other actions which DigitalOcean reserves the sole right to determine to be malicious in intent.
Because of this we will not be able to unlock your account. We apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

英文不太好，但也大概看明白是说我攻击别的服务器。
仔细想想，也没搞过什么东西，唯一有可能的就是在VPS上装了个Apache并且反向代理到公司的IP上。原因是需要调试微信公众平台的接口，该接口只能跑在80端口，而电信的80端口是被封的，想到从VPS上把请求转发一下。
我尝试和客服沟通，说明我只是转发一下请求到自己的电脑，请求恢复账号，被拒绝了。
后来，我重新注册了一个账号，并且充了钱。但是似乎无法开通VPS，几个小时候，账号再次被封：
Our backend system has detected multiple accounts registered by you. Due to the issues with these prior accounts that led to termination, we are unable to activate any new account for you.
我才了解到，digitalocean是不允许一个人注册多个号的，他似乎通过一些信息判断你是不是同一个人。
我的问题是：
1.有没有办法让我继续在digitalocean上使用VPS
2.被封账号里的钱还能提出来吗
