官方说过 miui 的机子解锁后不能 ota 澎湃 os ，那现在有两个疑问：
1. 比如小米 14 解锁后还能 ota 吗？
2. 国行小米 14 解锁后刷入 global 或者 eea 后还能 ota 吗？
有没有 dalao 实践过的请告知一下~
