Over the past few years, our Open Source Program has helped numerous projects thrive. As JetBrains has grown, we’re evolving the program to focus on partnering with a smaller group of projects that broadly impact the developer community and the open-source ecosystem.
This means that starting next year, we won’t be able to renew your OSS development license. We understand this is a change, and to thank you for your past participation and contributions, we’ve extended your current All Products Pack license for one more year.
We’d also like to highlight a couple of alternative free options that might be useful for your project moving forward:
Free WebStorm, Rider, and RustRover for individual, non-commercial use.
Free IntelliJ IDEA Community Edition or PyCharm Community Edition.
We appreciate your understanding as we evolve our program. As always, if you have any questions, please feel free to ask.
