@NakanoAzure 难度不高，不怎么考算法，都是基础的业务场景。我当时也是找了两个多月工作没找到其他家的才来的。temu 是做海外电商的，pdd 做国内电商，temu 发展快，所以就会更忙一些。但是绩效也好，回报比较大，每年至少有一次 5k 左右的普调，去年是有两次，今年不清楚。作息 11116 是保底 hh ，但前端还好，只需要做业务就可以了。我只做过 b 端前端，几乎不需要卷技术，只做业务其实还是挺舒服的，也不需要晋升答辩啥的，就是技术很难有提升而已。
