@kokutou 感谢指点，关闭了“基于虚拟化的安全性”后，虚拟化 Intel VT-x/EPT 和虚拟化 IOMMU 可以正常开启，虚拟机运行快了很多，但是“虚拟化 CPU 性能计数器”依然无法开启。
