@onepox1140 当然不是只吃,练的强度也得跟上,上强度训练的时候肌肉就会被损伤,就必须要摄入大量能量来恢复。
增肌的时候摄入太多难免体脂增加,增肌期结束就开始减脂期,慢慢减少摄入,降低体脂。
至于补品,水果吃得少就得补充维生素,蛋白粉的量也是计算在每天的蛋白质量里的,姜黄素是避免关节验证,鱼油是补充一点脂肪,对炎症也有好处。
当然补品都是辅助性的,我也不是每天一大把一大把的吃。

一旦有营养不到位,身体会很快给予反馈的。例如我试过练得太多又吃得太少,导致出现晚上睡不着,严重肌肉酸痛持续两三天,便秘等情况。
健身,完全改变了我的作息,饮食。每天吃牛肉,蛋白粉,维生素,鱼油,各种补品,增肌期还得大幅增加碳水。再加上健身的一些辅助器材,健身房的年卡,巴啦巴啦
