欧几里得整环(Euclidean domain):抽象代数中的一种整环,在其中存在一个“欧几里得函数”(常记作 \( \delta \) 或“范数”),使得对任意 \(a,b\)(\(b\neq 0\)),都能做类似整数除法的分解:
\[ a = bq + r \] 其中 \(r=0\) 或 \( \delta(r) < \delta(b)\)。因此可以进行除法算法欧几里得算法来求最大公因子。欧几里得整环一定是主理想整环(PID),进而也是唯一分解整环(UFD)
