累积分布函数(常缩写为 CDF)是概率论与统计中用来描述随机变量分布的函数,表示随机变量 \(X\) 取值不超过某个数 \(x\) 的概率:
\[ F(x)=P(X\le x) \]
它把“概率分布”用一条从 0 逐渐增长到 1 的曲线(或阶梯)表达出来。除这一统计含义外,在其他领域用法较少。
