conjuncture（名词）常指（事件、因素的）结合，尤指在某一时刻形成的特定局势、关头；在正式语境中也可指关键时刻。常见搭配：at this conjuncture（在此关头）、a critical conjuncture（关键局势）。
（另有较少见用法指“连接/结合”的概念，但最常用的是“局势/关头”。）
