aconitase(顺乌头酸酶):一种在三羧酸循环(柠檬酸循环,TCA/Krebs cycle)中起关键作用的酶,催化柠檬酸(citrate)与异柠檬酸(isocitrate)之间的相互转化(通常经由中间体顺乌头酸/aconitate)。它常含有铁-硫簇([4Fe4S]),对氧化应激较敏感。在细胞中有线粒体型与胞质相关的形式(后者与铁代谢调控也有关)。
